NexaMed Prep uses Google Firebase services to provide login, progress tracking, leaderboards, feedback, notifications, and study features.
Information We Collect
- Your Google account name and email when you sign in
- Your study progress, scores, streaks, question attempts, and leaderboard totals
- Feedback or complaint messages you choose to submit
- Optional notification tokens, if you enable browser notifications
How We Use Information
We use this information to personalize your dashboard, save your progress, show leaderboard rankings, improve the platform, and send optional study notifications. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Data Storage
Data is stored using Firebase services. Browser-only features such as the Mistake Vault may also use localStorage on your device, which stays local and isn't sent to our servers.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us directly.
